On May 15 2012, Aday.org asked people around the world to pick up their cameras to photograph daily life. Bringing together thousands of both amateur and professional photographers, the project mirrors how we lead our everyday lives in 2012. The resulting collection of images is a unique document of what really lies close to us and how photography connects us.

2012 Britta Kuth has spend a mosaic to help children in Nepal. The aim of this project was to raise funds for the Esther Benjamins Trust which has a mosaic studio in Nepal providing essential employment for young workers rescued as children by the Trust.
The international Mosaic Auction organized by Lin Schorr was held November 22nd through December 6th, 2014. The artists raised more than 18.000$ benefitting Doctors Without Borders.
The Calusa Nature Center is a private, not for profit, environmental education organization located in Fort Myers, Florida. The 105 acre site has a museum, nature trails, bird and butterfly aviaries and a planetarium.
In the summer of 2011, Britta Kuth was asked to create a mosaic butterfly, a theme that fit the Calusa Nature Center well. 90 artists from across the globe donated more than 160 butterfly mosaics on mesh for the project!
